All characters in Divinity: Original Sin 2 have three types of defense: vitality, physical armor, and magical armor. Vitality is the effective health of a character. I have 2 saves. In one save I killed him in his dragon form for some sick loot. (was a massive upgrade) and in the other I gain him as an ally after giving him the purging wand but I can't decide should I continue with the save where I killed him? or should I continue the save where I gain him as an ally. On one hand I want the sick loot on the other hand I want to see where this leads story wise.
Its about nothing. You get nothing but a few scraps from the dead elf. But there is another opening that will dump you in to the area which is accessed via the button on the statue at Fort joy Square. i know about that: above the dead elf, but below the plot of land you meet Fane at, there is a ledge on the cliff face that has another hole that
8 is ideal for the fight. But if you're level 7 with just a smidge of exp needed for level 8, you can take advantage of that by getting your group free healing mid fight when they level. 16-17 should be your target level for finishing the next act. Play conservatively on Reaper's Coast until you hit at least 10.
The items will be upgraded when you reach Act 4. IIRC some items upgrade in this way may have a different stat compared with items sold to Corbin Day before fighting the Source Titan. For example, The Illuminator, the Necrofire burning would be 1 turn instead of 2 turns. When you reach Act 4, you can go to the Lady Vengeance (Hall of Echoes).
Return of the King. Submit to the God King. Fane can help with this I assume, but all that is required for the achievement is for you to not acsend to divinity at the last boss fight when the dialogue pops up *tip*-make a save when the dialogue pops up to get all achievements for the end [In the fight]-.
Take this one at the end of Act 1 or beginning of Act 2 when your Critical Chance gets to be around 20%. Living Armour – The only heal you slot with this Build is Vampiric Hunger Aura so you might think this is a bad choice, however, most water spells hit many targets, making you replenish Magic Armour easily.
Chapters 1-3 and half way through 4 was 10/10 for me. The rest 4/10. This is in part due to the crazy gear/stat scaling and in part due to the mess that I felt the later areas were, both entirely broke the immersion, were largely boring fights, uninteresting (but still well written) quests and held to tightly to the mystery of the story to be engaging.
